Dr. Alley Dake
Dr. Alley Dake, a leading expert in mental performance, combines her Ph.D. in Values-Driven Leadership with advanced certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Counseling/Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Anxiety, Sports Psychology, and Neuropsychology.
With a proven track record of success in developing youth player programs and coaching both in the U.S. and Latin America, Dr. Dake empowers athletes to achieve peak performance.
As the founder of Level Up Mental Performance and Co-Founder of Level Up Performance, she provides personalized guidance to athletes of all levels, helping them build mental resilience, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential.
Dominick Jefferies , LCSW
Dominick Jefferies, LCSW, is a seasoned mental performance coach with 25 years of experience in youth, high school, and collegiate baseball. He has also worked with Major League Baseball organizations like the Minnesota Twins and Texas Rangers as an associate scout.
Dominick leverages his expertise in both sports and mental health to empower student-athletes to excel in all areas of their lives. He provides personalized guidance on athletic performance, academic success, and mental well-being.
Beyond working directly with athletes, Dominick supports parents in navigating the challenges of youth sports. He offers mental health guidance to help parents better understand and support their child's athletic journey.
